You have probably seen Bowser before. He has been around for a long time. Bowser moved into the shelter back in January, and he is starting to lose hope that he will ever make it out of the shelter. The stress has really gotten to him. He has shed a few pounds since moving in. Bowser is so ready to get out and play with new parents! He is house broken and loves to be outside. Bowser has the most handsome smile in the shelter. He is pretty good with other dogs as long as they are calm, and he has never met a human he didn't like. If you have room in your heart and home for another friend, Bowser would love to fill that spot.

Juju is the sweetest young lady you'll ever meet. She had a rough go at life, but fortunately the animal shelter was able to scoop Juju up and help her out. Now that she is back on her feet, Juju has really blossomed. She is currently living in a foster home and it is great for her, but Juju's foster mom is hoping to find her a forever home. Juju is very calm and loves to sleep on the couch with fuzzy blankets and her stuffed toy goose. If you're looking for a laid-back gal to keep you company, Juju is the perfect one. Because she is in a foster home, you'll have to call the shelter to give them a heads up before you see her.

Playful Polly is a girl that is sure to keep everyone — and herself — entertained. This feline friend is hilarious to watch when her favorite toys are out. Any small, round toys are her thing. Polly will catch a throw and can toss it back at you so that you can keep a game up with her. Polly isn't partial to JUST those toys, but nearly anything she can play with makes her happy. Polly gets her name from being polydactyl — she has extra toes on her paws. Polly is also declawed, so she will need to have a strictly indoor home where she can be kept safe from the dangers of outdoors. While she isn't keen on being held or picked up much, she does appreciate coexisting with pets when she can get them. She is a cat that keeps to herself and prefers her own perch to a lap. She also tolerates other cats, but doesn't get overly friendly with them. She may acclimate well to a calm dog in the home. For endless games of catch and throw, and lots of entertainment, Polly is the girl!

Sweet, handsome man Vinnie is desperate for a true chance at getting a home. This guy has a lot against him, being an older puppy with a black coat that needs time to warm up to new people. Vinnie is worth every second of getting to know him. The staff at the Humane Society can't get enough of him and rave about his sweet personality. This guy has been through a lot in his short time of life. From coming to us as a young puppy skin and bones, surviving parvo and fighting against all odds to live, and now being returned from a home due to puppy antics that are easily fixed with a little work and training. This guy needs a break! He is so deserving of a home. With patience he will show his owner love and give all the kisses in the world. Vinnie does fantastic with other dogs, and would do best with another dog in the home to show him the ropes. Don't let this guy go another week without a forever home. If anyone is deserving of a second chance, Vinnie does.
